Mecha Musume mod for 3D Custom Girl.

I picked up an 8GB mod pack somewhere from the Internets.

By chance after sorting out a number of completed files, I discovered the mecha musume mods.

The mods consist of a body mod to remove the lower leg to accomodate the mecha legs, two different categories for mecha musume legs (WWII planes and tanks), plus several more firearm and clothing mods to enhance the looks.

The lookalikes are not meant to be authentic (blah blah, wrong ears, wrong legs, wrong guns, etc). I haven’t downloaded the ‘animal ear’ mod yet for more accurate looks, but screw you. This is a sandbox game, and I can do anything I want. As if I’m paid to blog about this. :P

Wish there are more mods for WWII guns though.

The lack of any description of which mod does what meant you’ll need trial and error to figure out which mod that works, and which mod you wish to keep. A significant number have moonrune filenames, and Babelfish doesn’t help by much (I forgot: it’s not suppose to be helpful).

Oh well, it’s not like I’ve never attempted trial and error before with 3D Custom Girl. All the mods that I downloaded via DDL tend to be in moonrunes (hosted on Japanese servers) and I have to check em’ one by one to see if it’s worth keeping or not.

Y’now, I always wonder whether Strike Witches will ever be licensed in North America.

Considering the state of moral panic and continuous faggotry of ANN with their Anti Defamation League drama attitude, it seems nonexistant.

Not that it matters, since I’m Malaysian, and there’s always the Internet.

Praise be to my country for protecting my rights to delicious caek.
UPDATE: Oh shi- it’s now licensed in Jesusland

I’ll just leave it th-HHHHHHNNNNNGGGGGG

Upcoming 3D Custom Girl gallery.

Unfortunately, I forgot to bookmark the Torrent link for the 8GB mod, but here’s a link to something similar, albeit being half the size of the aforementioned one.
A bit older, but it’s got everything you need. See the list of things for every mods (incomplete list) contained in the Torrent here.
Same modus operandi: unzip/unpack if the files are compressed (in the case of the Torrents, they’re not zipped so you can place them immediately), then place the mods in your ‘arcs’ folder. If your computer can’t read Japanese characters, be sure to rename the mod and/or delete the Japanese characters on the filenames.
Vista users may find that the mod files may disappear if you move the files into the ‘arcs’ folder. The mods are likely to have been moved to the following folder path:
c:/Users/”your_username”/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program Files/TechArts3D/3DCustomShoujo/arcs
This is where Vista users should put the mods in. Turn on ’show hidden files and folders’ if you can’t see AppData.
UPDATE
While it’s not the same Torrent that I got, this one is loaded with 10GB of awesome, plus the uploader renamed every single file to English.
Great. Now I’m in despair for picking up the 8GB Torrent. ;_;
If you have any technical problems regarding 3D Custom Girl, it’s best to forward your questions to Hongfire.
